Recreational Sports Centre Cleaners Needed!

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for experienced cleaners to join the team in a large sports precinct facility that hosts activities, events and conferences for sports organisations, sports teams, community, and school groups, located in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast QLD

Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:


- Perform cleaning of venue facilities (inclusive of function rooms, bathrooms, camp cabins and more)


- Preparing facilities for events - set up and pack down of tables and chairs etc


- Completing daily inspections of facilities to ensure they are ready for use and escalating issues where applicable


- Handling/disposal of various types of waste


- General venue operations support


- Liaising with various team members across different departments


- Opportunity for cross training

What we are looking for:


- Previous experience cleaning within hospitality, healthcare or tourism industries


- Availability to work between Monday and Friday, shifts vary between 5am - 9pm


- Able to work weekends occasionally is desirable


- Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a coordinated team


- Positive Blue card (working with children) – or willing to obtain prior to commencement


- Team player with a positive attitude
